Order Return

The buyer has the opportunity to return the purchased product or replace it with another similar product of a different size, shape, color, model or completeness.

The buyer may do so within 14 days of the purchase or delivery of the product in order to exercise his right.

Replacement or return of an unused item of good quality is only possible if the item being replaced or returned meets the following requirements:

• The returned product must be in the original, neat packaging.
• The original label and protective film were not removed from the returned goods.
• The returned product must be undamaged by the Buyer.
• The returned product must be unused by the Buyer.
• The returned product must not have lost its commercial appearance.
• The consumer properties of the returned product must be preserved.
• The returned product must be in the same configuration as it was received.

The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the return procedure set forth in the clauses of these rules.
